Well here is a little taste for you for this Sunday! And here are Jonah, Jude and Edouard round the piano before we started as sketched by our ‘in house sketcher’, Alison Gardiner. (More on Alison and her lovely sketches in a future post.)
The boys (Jonah on drums, Jude on keyboard and Edouard on bass) are all in their second year at the Guildhall School and they ‘cite their influences’ as Oscar Peterson, Erroll Garner and Bud Powell. Hopefully they will come and play for us again so, if you missed them this time, there will be another chance.
